Had a Partagas PC with a Svedka martini before dinner. Good bottle of 2000 Ventana Arroyo Seco Gewurtzraminer with a "Ring of Fire" Pecan encrusted orange roughy.

Smoked an FFOX Double Corona with Bowmore neat while watching "8 Mile" - the movie was not bad, the cigar excellent. It started out light and toasty, developed nice rich flavor before the half, and finished with the power you'd expect from one of Carlito's finest! Two and a half hours of bliss.

Only cigar yesterday was a CAO Brazilia Samba, not much in the first third, but it picked up. Matched with the Ron Anejo Aniversario Rum.

Today I smoked an Alec Bradley Trilogy Corojo - weird cigar shaped like a triangle, pretty good flavor and excellent burn qualities.

Went by DOL to file for UI benefits - severance runs out next week :-(

Racked the ESB, bread turned out OK.

Smoked a '95 Partagas Selection Privada No. 1 - very exquisite smoke. I enjoyed this with a dram of Signatory C'aol Ila from 1984

Today I sent the package to Drill - 95 Partagas Charlotte, 97 RyJ TPC, 98 Partagas PC, 00 HU Sir Winston, FFOX #4, VSG Beli #1, Hemingway Signature Maduro, and La Aroma de Cuba Monarch. Smoked a Fuente 858 sungrown while cruising around, these are so good! It stays lit even going into and out of various places.

I also got a full tank of CO2 for my kegs, and am going to rack the ESB into carboy.

I am making a spent grain bread from the leftovers Saturday, looking good so far.

Weird, thought I'd posted about the Bolivar Corona Junior ('98) that I smoked wth some of my Strong Belgian Abbey Ale - guess not. Really liked that combo!

So I had an FFOX Fuente Fuente last evening with Brugal Anejo rum and diet coke. Moved to an RyJ TPC with the rum only on rocks.

Fixed the site problem (firewall in DSL modem)

Smoked a Flor de Ybor City Belicoso yesterday afternoon, interesting cigar. Had a Partagas PC with Woodford Reserve Bourbon after dinner.

Weird, cannot get to certain sites. HP, Sybase, MBNAnetaccess. Hmmm.....upgrade IE?

Church was less crowded than usual - quite odd. I guess everyone went to the earlier sessions. Smoked a La Flor Dominicana Limitado with Laphroaig after dinner. Finished up with a RyJ TPC - these ARE smoking great!

Mmm...smoked a 1985 Montecristo #5 from MO - very tasty cigar after a light breakfast.

Getting ready to prep a tenderloin for Easter dinner. Going to the 5PM mass, need to head out around 4:15, maybe get seats.

Beer's at full krausen! Gonna be GOOD!

Happy Easter - have you seen the flying cat?

Anyway, margaritas and a Ramone Allones Specially Selected robusto last evening, followed by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and an Ashton VSG Beli #1

Man that bump on my head has been bad lately...Doc says it's nothing though.
