Whoa, 5 interviews this week, 3 phone, 2 in person. All different companies. I've now got 5 prospective jobs I'm in the running for. 4 of these are going to the next step I think, and 1 other is juat taking their dang time. Yesterday's interview went like 3 hours, whew.....

So I smoked a Hemingway BTL on the drive home, had a Cohiba Robusto after dinner with Ron Z, moved to a VSG Beli #1 and Cruzan, and finished with a TPC (RyJ) - big head this morning, blah.

Today I take 3 beers to submit for the Brewmaster's Open, and do the Mother's Day shopping deal- doing the traditional Eggs Benedict brunch thingy tomorrow instead of Sunday because my wife's going to Mom's tomorrow evening. (Ahh........Mimosas!!!!!)

Oh, and I got 2 of the elusive Sungrown Hemingway Classics while suit shopping yesterday - very cool.

Losing track of the days, five interviews this week - crazy! Smoked a La Gloria Cubana Tainos from 1998 yesterday afternoon, and an Opus #4 last night (Speyside). Night before I had a Boli PC and an SS with Cruzan - smoked a TPC from RyJ inthe afternoon rainy drive.

Monday? It's lost in the fog.....

Mmm...last night's cigar was the Ramon Allones Gigantes - a monster cigar that last two hours. Bit of Speyside on the side, neat.

Yesterday was the annual Cinco de Mayo herf at Rich & Brenda's - fantastic little herfathon. Smoked a Padron Anniversario Exclusivo on the way out (~70 miles to near Carrollton). First cigar was a RyJ Clemenceau churchill - very nice. Started the day drinking Brent's Corralejo Reposado tequila Palomas (tequila, lime juice, pinch of salt, and Squirt). Next I fired up a 3yo+ Hemingway Masterpiece Maduro, WOW!!! lasts a good long time. Drank a bit of Chimay Grande Reserve that Brandon had brought along. After the MP, I smoked a smooth little Ramon Allones Corona courtesy of Brandon while sipping on Havana Club Anejo Reserva and Ron Zacapa rums. Fajitas dinner with a Bellhaven Scottish Ale, and then a really nice and aged Partagas PdP or 898 from Mr. P - outstanding! Cup of joe and some water with this, getting ready for the drive home. Burned an Opus Robusto for the ride, and finished it on the deck with a touch of the Ron Anejo Aniversario rum.

Also had lunch at La Strada Friday (Excellent Calamari Caeser Salad - try it if you're ever there). Schmoked an RyJ TPC on the way home - these are really great little Habanaos!

OK, been away for a couple of days. Thursday I'm sure I smoked some cigars, but forget what at this point! {Just remembered that I had an Indian Tabac Super Fuerte afternoon smoke} Friday went to the Public House for dinner and some light jazz. Smoked a SS w/ some Speyside neat beforehand. Couple glasses of wine (Benziger Carneros Chardonnay) then off to Rafter's for a PPC and a couple of Crown Royal rocks. Got home and had an Opus #4 with a taste more of the Speyside.
